Senior Property Manager | $100K-110k + Super + Allowances

We’re recruiting for a excellent client who is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their established and highly supportive team.

If you’re looking for a Property Management role where you can focus on your clients and portfolio without being pulled in every direction, this could be a excellent fit.
You’ll be joining a highly systemised office with a friendly team culture, regular training, social events and plenty of support around you.

The role:
Manage a portfolio with a strong focus on client relationships and service
Monday to Friday role
No leasing
No current business
No trust accounting
Dedicated Routine Inspection Officer supporting the department
Experienced Department Manager providing ongoing support
Full office support and established systems in place
Regular training and development opportunities

About you:
Minimum 3 years’ Property Management experience




Strong communication and client relationship skills
Good understanding of QLD legislation and compliance
Able to work autonomously while being part of a team
Current QLD Registration Certificate or Agent Licence
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate would be an advantage
