Join the team at Wear Parts Australia (WPA), a growing Australian company specialising in high-quality Ground Engaging Tools for the mining, construction, quarrying and civil industries.

We're expanding, and we're looking for a full time warehouse & logistics assistant who turns every pick, pack and dispatch into the kind of reliability that keeps our customers coming back.

No industry experience? No problem — we'll provide full training on our products, systems, and the industry.

What you'll be doing
First point of contact for picking, packing and dispatching customer orders — accurately, same day, every day
Taking full ownership of the dispatch run — right product, right quantity, right consignment note, every time before it leaves the building
Receiving and booking inbound stock on the day it arrives so it's immediately available for the sales team to sell
Working closely with our Field Sales and Customer Service teams to make sure no customer order falls through the cracks




Maintaining inventory accuracy through disciplined put-away, cycle counts and discrepancy reporting

We're looking for someone who:
Takes ownership of every order — nothing leaves the warehouse wrong or late on your watch
Is willing to learn our products, systems and industry, with a full training programme behind you from day one
Measures their own success by results — orders out, done right, and customers who got what they needed today
Physically fit - you'll be on your feet, lifting and moving stock throughout the day. This is not a desk job.
Experience with RF scanners and a Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage
