At Success Tutoring Cabramatta, we’re looking for a Tuition Assistant Manager who cares deeply about young people — someone who wants to nurture confidence, build habits, and help students grow into their potential. You’ll support our tutors and centre operations on the floor, while developing the skills to step further into centre leadership over time.

What you’ll do
Create a welcoming, high-energy workplace for students and tutors
Support the tutoring floor — student flow, tutor coordination, and session rhythm
Coach and encourage students; celebrate wins and help them through stuck moments
Keep standards high:



duty of care, centre processes, and transparent communication
Partner with ownership / campus leadership on day-to-day operations and improvement

Who you are
Personable, driven, and genuinely motivated by helping kids grow
Teaching and/or previous tuition experience highly regarded
Happy to follow processes — and raise issues early when something’s off
Confident with students, parents, and the team
Available Monday to Thursday (core tutoring evenings, typically around 4:00pm–8:00pm)
Looking for roughly 20–25 hours a week (casual, rostered)

Location Success Tutoring Cabramatta — Level 1, 98 John St, Cabramatta NSW. Ideally based nearby / southern Sydney for an easy commute.
