Canberra City Gymnastics Club is a not-for-profit club operating for over 40 years in the Canberra Community. We provide a wide range of programs, including working with children from 6 months old through to adults, with classes both in the club and at school venues. With flexibility around work schedules, coaching with CCGC is a fun and rewarding experience where you are sure to learn current skills, make recent friends and have fun while working.
Qualifications & experience
While experience is preferred, full on-the-job training can be provided
Holds Working With Vulnerable People Card or ability to obtain one
Gymnastics Australia Technical Membership will be required, but can be obtained once hired
Preferred ability to work across both venues and travel to off-site programs
Must be available to take classes during the day
Preferred First-Aid qualification, however training will be run regularly within the club
Tasks & responsibilities
Teach gymnastics to a wide range of participants in a fun and engaging workplace
Opportunities to work with people with disabilities to help develop their physical literacy
Working with people of all ages and skill levels
