Mr Paisley’s Café | Caringbah NSW

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and energetic Full-Time Café All-Rounder / Barista to join the team at Mr Paisley’s Café.

We’re a busy, established local café with a strong regular customer base, a friendly team and our own signature coffee blend, FIRST LOVE.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety. You’ll be confident making great coffee, but also happy jumping in Juices, Smoothies wherever needed to keep the café running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing
Making consistently outstanding coffee
Taking orders and using the POS
Providing friendly, genuine customer service
Running food and drinks
Clearing tables and keeping the café presentable
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Keeping work areas clean and organised
Helping the team during busy service periods
Working across all areas of the café when required

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous café or hospitality experience
Is confident on the coffee machine




Can produce consistent, quality coffee
Is rapid, organised and comfortable in a busy café
Has great customer service skills
Is reliable, punctual and well presented
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Is a genuine team player
Is happy to help wherever needed
Is available for full-time hours, including weekends
