About the role

The Macarthur Tavern is looking for a confident, motivated, and hands-on Full time Duty Manager to help lead our busy and welcoming venue. Key responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations across the bar, bistro, gaming, and TAB areas.
Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, ARCG, WHS, and all venue policies and procedures.
Maintain high standards of venue presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Assist with staff training and development.
Work closely with Venue Management to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve business goals.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift management.

About you
Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor,



or hospitality leadership role.
Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
Current NSW RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certificate.
Current NSW ARCG (Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certificate – essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm, organised, and confident during busy service periods.
Excellent customer service and team management skills.
Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
