We’re looking for an experienced Barista / Supervisor to join our cafe team in Glen Iris.

About the role

You’ll play an significant role in delivering great coffee, friendly service, and smooth day-to-day cafe operations. We’re looking for someone who is confident on the coffee machine, enjoys working with people, and can take the lead when needed.

What we’re looking for
Barista experience with robust coffee-making skills
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to work well in a quick-paced café environment
Comfortable supporting and guiding the team
A positive attitude and willingness to get involved
