About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team. In this role, you will:
Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of a high-quality educational program using the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Monitor and document the individual learning progress of children.
Supervising the daily activities of children
Guide, mentor, and supervise room-based staff, including Assistant Educators, students, and volunteers.
Act as the primary point of contact for families regarding their child's progress and daily routines.
Ensure the room operates in accordance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and all Education and Care Services National Laws and Regulations.
Promote and model safe, inclusive, and engaging practices that uphold the rights and dignity of every child.




Managing children's behaviour and guiding children's social development
Work collaboratively within a supportive team and maintain professionalism in line with our Code of Conduct.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care – at a level of AQF Diploma or above. Or alternatively, at least three years of relevant work experience.
A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Relevant ACECQA approved Child Protection Training or the willingness to obtain.
Robust interpersonal and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for safeguarding children and supporting their learning and development.

Pay: $79,423.00 per year
