Corporate Barista

We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join a high-performing team within a corporate workplace. You’ll be part of a best-in-class barista bar, delivering consistently exceptional coffee and creating a welcoming experience for staff and guests throughout the day.

This is a part-time role, working Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 1:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care
Deliver a warm, skilled, and engaging customer experience
Greet customers, take orders, and manage service flow efficiently
Provide menu guidance and handle questions or feedback with confidence
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented barista bar
Adjust grinders, texture milk, and produce quality latte art
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained to a high standard




Report any maintenance issues promptly
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Stay up to date with menu changes, promotions, and coffee trends

About You
Minimum 3 years’ barista experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and workflow
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Additional Requirements
Valid Australian working rights
Available to work in office in a corporate setting

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
