Oil Recycling Pty Ltd is a fast-growing waste oil collection and recycling company servicing Sydney. We collect and recycle waste lubricant oil from workshops and industrial sites across Sydney.

We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused Medium Rigid (MR) licensed Vacuum Truck Driver to join our team and service our growing client base across Sydney.

The Role

You will be responsible for:
Operating a vacuum truck to collect used cooking oil and waste oil
Pumping oil from onsite tanks, drums, IBCs
Delivering and swapping collection drums where required
Completing daily run sheets and job records
Maintaining cleanliness of truck and equipment
Providing professional and friendly service to our clients
Ensuring all safety and environmental procedures are followed

This role involves early starts, independent work, and physical activity.

What We’re Looking For
Current MR Driver’s Licence (essential)
Experience driving vacuum trucks or operating pump systems (highly regarded)
Solid understanding of safety procedures




Physically fit and comfortable working around industrial equipment
Reliable, punctual and well-presented
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your run efficiently

Waste industry or liquid transport experience is highly desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
