We’re on the lookout for a warm, caring Dermal Therapist / Remedial Massage Therapist to join our friendly boutique team in Paradise Point.

At UpGrace, our clients come to us for both skin and body concerns, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys doing both skin treatments and massage.

We offer advanced facials, Hydrafacial, Dermapen 4 Skin Needling, Peels, LED, Remedial Massage, Relaxation Massage, Buccal Massage and we also specialise in Pregnancy Massage.

If you’re passionate about helping people feel amazing in their own skin, love creating real results, and enjoy giving thoughtful, hands-on treatments, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Providing advanced skin treatments and customised facials
Performing remedial, relaxation and pregnancy massage
Buccal, jaw, neck, shoulder and scalp treatments
Helping with reception duties and the general running of the clinic

What We’re Looking For
Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Dermal Therapy or Remedial Massage
Someone who genuinely enjoys both skin and massage
Minimum 2 years experience preferred
Reliable, punctual and motivated
Warm, caring and confident with clients
A genuine love for learning and growing




5-star hotel or resort experience is a bonus

You don’t need to already be trained in every treatment we offer. We’re happy to train the right person in our protocols and advanced treatments.
