Haiku Camberwell in Victoria is searching for a FOH floor and bar supervisor to run our night time izakaya, Haiku Kuro.

Situated in the same venue, our cafe turns into a night time eatery every Thursday to Saturday night.

Job description: the successful candidate will lead a very small team (2 to 3) and run our front of house operations. The food is japanese izakaya with cocktails, imported drinks small selection of sake and japanese drinks.

Job duties:

-roster each week and organise according to bookings in mention of labour cost

-support and curate drinks menu seasonally with existing bar tender

-provide hospitality and create an energy and vibe

-operate a booking system and any booking requests

-drink stock rotation and organisation with day time cafe

Award rates accordingly to supervisor level and options of part time and potential day time shifts as well.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
