Join our Townsville team and enjoy exposure to varied and complex portfolios, supporting SME businesses with all things accounting.
You'll manage a client portfolio, guiding accountants to deliver exceptional accounting and advisory services.
As a senior team member, you'll work closely with Partners in Business Advisory and our Workflow Manager to ensure smooth project distribution across the team.
**Your role, your contribution!
*** Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses.
* Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports for clients.
* Provide strategic business advice for clients and get involved with commercial advisory projects with experienced partners.
* Work closely with Adviser Support Managers and Partners to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Mentor and coach junior team members.

* Achieved CA or CPA qualification.
* Strong commercial acumen with sound technical accounting and analytical skills.
* Ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
* Strong cloud accounting product knowledge (i.e. Xero, MYOB, Excel).
* Fantastic people skills,
