The primary role of Production & Assembly function is to manufacture, assemble and pack products. Key deliverables include, managing the day-to-day production & planning functions for manufacturing whilst supporting changing demands. Programming, set-up, and monitoring of the production equipment/processes and performing assembly operations. Performing Quality control checks of Incoming and finished goods. Ensuring compliance to ResMed’s Quality, OH&S;, GMP policies and regulatory requirements.

The primary objective of Manufacturing Technician (PA) specialization within Production & Assembly Job Family is to provide support for tooling, plant and equipment in the factory by completing maintenance activities and documenting manufacturing equipment calibration systems.
Key responsibilities include determining and assisting in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
Focuses on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve orgnisational mission. Implements organization strategies through the effective direction and management of employees and resources.
Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers,



normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
Coaches team members on performance, provide inputs for performance evaluations and might be involved in pay actions.
Typically without budget or hire/fire authority.
