Forward Focus Australia is looking for a mature ,experienced female support worker to work with a participant living in Mortlake ( indoor cats and a dog live in the home) .

The participant's goals are to develop community linkages and a sound routine and structure for herself.

Employment onboarding will proceed after a successful meet and greet in, line with the participant's choice and control.

Requirements:

Right to Work in Australia, current NDIS Worker Screening , First Aid Certificate and access to a clean, safely maintained car with comprehensive insurance.t.

Minimum qualification for this role is a Certificate III in Individual Support.

Forward Focus Australia is a small, Melbourne based registered provider, specialising in delivery of mental health services. You will have access to regular supervision via Teams and will be included in staff training and team collaboration.

Expected hours: 3.0 – 6.0 per week
