360 Personnel is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to join our client's team based in Acacia Ridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administration or supply chain professional looking to take ownership of purchasing and inventory processes within a fast-paced environment.

This is a Casual role working 2 - 3 days a week

$33 - $37 hourly

About the Role:

Reporting to the Operations Team, you will play a key role in ensuring products are available when needed, purchase orders are raised accurately, and inventory levels are maintained to support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Raising and processing purchase orders
Coordinating product demand and replenishment requirements
Monitoring stock levels and maintaining optimal inventory levels
Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
Updating inventory records and purchasing documentation
Assisting with forecasting and stock planning activities
Supporting the wider operations team with administrative tasks as required

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in purchasing, inventory control, procurement, or supply chain administration
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High level of accuracy when processing orders and data entry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
