The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
Designing and executing menu items in line with style and quality expectations
Ensuring consistency, portion control, and presentation across all dishes
Monitoring food quality, freshness,



and stock levels
Maintaining kitchen operations in compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations
Working with and supporting other kitchen staff as required
Minimising waste and interest in assisting with ordering and inventory management

Applicants for this position should:
Have at least 1 year of relevant full time experience as a Chef for CDP, in addition to formal qualifications
In some cases, 3–5 years of full-time employment experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications
Have a strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Demonstrate strong teamwork, time management, and organisational skills

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
