About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time team member to join our team and support the daily operations of our store, including food preparation and customer service in a rapid-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Front of House (FOH): Provide friendly customer service, process POS payments, serve food/beverages, and maintain store cleanliness.
Back of House (BOH): Prepare and assemble sushi items in accordance with company hygiene and food safety standards.
Support the team to ensure smooth daily store operations during peak trade.

Shifts, Availability
Employment Type: Available for Part-Time
School Term Availability: Able to work 2–3 shifts per week (after-school hours and/or weekends)
School Holiday Availability: High availability to work 4–5 shifts per week during school holiday periods
Weekend Availability:



Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week
Attributes: Reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
No prior experience required — full training is provided!

Requirements
Part-Time role, days and hours to be discussed and confirmed with the Restaurant Manager based on business needs
Casual role with varying weekly shifts based on business needs
Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable

Please note: The hourly rate shown below is based on the applicable Adult rate under the Restaurant Industry Award 2020. Junior rates apply separately in accordance with the Award.
