Male Client | Female Support Worker Preferred | Arabic Speaking Preferred
Assigned Guardian Angels is seeking a reliable, compassionate and experienced Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing support to a male client in Broadmeadows.
Due to the participant’s individual support preferences and personal care requirements, a female Support Worker is preferred. Arabic-speaking applicants are also highly preferred to support effective communication and cultural understanding.

About the Role
The Support Worker will assist the participant with:
Personal care and daily living activities
Home care and household tasks
Community access and participation
Meal preparation where required
Supporting independence, choice and daily routines
Providing respectful companionship and engagement
Maintaining a secure and comfortable home workplace
Completing progress notes and reporting concerns appropriately
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Female Support Worker preferred
Arabic speaking preferred
Reliable and committed to ongoing shifts
Comfortable providing personal care
Patient, respectful and engaging
Confident supporting a male participant
Able to work independently during evening and overnight shifts
Experienced in disability, aged care or community support
Requirements
Applicants should have or be willing to provide relevant NDIS worker screening and employment checks, First Aid/CPR, a valid driver licence and appropriate Australian work rights.

Shift: 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
