Support Worker – Sydney

We are seeking caring, reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Sydney.

The role involves supporting participants with their day-to-day needs, promoting independence and helping them achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting participants with daily living activities.
Assisting with community access, appointments and social activities.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Assisting with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks.
Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate notes.
Promoting participant choice, dignity, safety and independence.

About You
Caring, patient and reliable.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous support work experience is preferred.
Relevant qualifications are desirable.
Current First Aid/CPR and required NDIS checks.
Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred.

Location: Sydney, NSW
Employment: Casual / Part time / Full time

Pay: $38.68 – $77.35 per hour
