About the Role

You'll be confident making quality coffee, comfortable engaging with customers, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team — especially during busy periods.

What You'll Need
Minimum 2 years' barista experience (essential)
Previous food service / café experience (essential)
Strong coffee-making skills, ideally in a busy café setting
Latte art skills highly desirable
Excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English (essential); conversational Mandarin an advantage
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Adaptable availability, including weekends
Full working rights in Australia

Please Note

This role requires previous professional barista experience — applicants without hands-on coffee-making experience won't be considered.
