We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Phone Technician to join our team at City Phones.

Since our establishment in 2016, City Phones has successfully repaired thousands of devices, including phones, tablets, and other gadgets. We are proud of our excellent customer service and our status as an Authorized Samsung Service Centre and an Authorized Apple IRP. Due to our growth, we are seeking a suitable candidate to join our team.

What we expect from you
Must be able to fix all Samsung phones and Tablets.
Apart from basic repairs, must be valuable at troubleshooting.
Excellent Customer service skills.
Must be a positive learner.
Must be excellent in attention to detail.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Must be able to work on 1 day of the weekend.




Must have full working rights in Australia.

The successful candidate will be provided further training to become an authorized Samsung technician.
