About the Role

As a Despatch Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing delivery schedules, supporting drivers, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to make sure every delivery goes according to plan.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule deliveries for high-end retail products
Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal departments
Troubleshoot and resolve delivery or booking issues quickly
Maintain accurate and timely records in logistics and dispatch systems
Support daily administration tasks across the dispatch and service teams
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
