Bistro Staff – Godby Hotel

Godby Hotel is looking for friendly and reliable Bistro Staff to join our team!

We’re looking for hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a busy pub setting and take pride in delivering great food, drinks and customer service.

The Role

As a Bistro Staff member, you’ll be responsible for providing great service to our guests and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the bistro.

Your duties will include:
Taking food and drink orders
Serving food and beverages to customers
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Clearing and resetting tables
Maintaining a clean and tidy bistro and dining area
Assisting during busy lunch, dinner and weekend service
Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams
Handling customer requests and ensuring a positive dining experience
Following venue, food safety and RSA requirements




Assisting with general front-of-house duties as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous pub, bistro or hospitality experience
Is confident and friendly when dealing with customers
Has good communication skills
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Is reliable, punctual and well-presented
Works well as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Is flexible and available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays

RSA is required.
