Summary:

The Yard Hand plays a key role in maintaining the presentation and operational flow of the dealership. This position ensures all vehicles and yard areas are kept to a high standard, supporting the sales team and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Maintain general tidiness and cleanliness of the dealership at all times.
Ensure the yard is presented professionally, with vehicles aligned and no gaps
Keep all display areas clean, organised, and visually appealing
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of vehicles on the showroom floor
Conduct basic vehicle cleaning and preparation where required
Monitor vehicle condition and report and issues or presentation concerns
Prepare vehicles for delivery to a high standard




Assist with vehicle movements within the yard and showroom
Ensure all vehicles are positioned correctly and ready for display or handover

Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Robust attention to detail with a high standard of work
Full and current Australian Drivers Licence
Ability to safely manoeuvre a variety of vehicles
Neat and qualified personal presentation
Proactive mindset - able to identify and act on what needs to be done
Robust time management and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual and consistent work ethic
