We are seeking experienced and hardworking Night Public Area Cleaners to join our team. Full time and Part-time positions available.

The successful candidate will be tasked to:
General housekeeping and cleaning of public areas of the hotel such as hotel lobby, lift, stairways, public toilets, etc.
Servicing and cleaning allocated guest rooms
Undertake special cleaning projects as directed
Ensure housekeeping departmental policies, procedures, and standards are followed
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Assist room attendants and other housemen to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficiently




Maintain inventory in all the housekeeping storage area
Respond timely to guests’ special request for miscellaneous items e.g. cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
Collect dirty linen, garbage and recyclables from Room Attendants’ carts and closets
Follow departmental policies and procedures
Report necessary maintenance items
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Other duties as reasonably requested

We are looking for someone with:
Robust eye for detail
Passion to deliver exceptional customer service
Be self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Previous work experience as Room Attendant and Public Area Cleaner
Have knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements, cleaning chemicals, and WHS procedures
Be adaptable and available for work across a 7-day roster including public holidays, as required, on an evening shift.
