Our client, Young District Hospital & Community Health Services in NSW, is seeking a Registered Midwife to join their maternity team on a contract basis. This is a short-term prospect running for 6 to 12 weeks, with an ASAP start date. The role offers the chance to work in a birthing workplace, supporting mothers and families during one of life's most significant moments.
Contract position, 6 to 12 weeks, starting as soon as possible
Hands-on birthing experience in a community health service setting
Work alongside an established maternity team in Young, NSW

Preferred Requirements
Current registration as a Midwife with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience in birthing and labour support
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary maternity team
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills in a birthing setting
Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a community health service

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Midwifery or equivalent qualification recognised by AHPRA
Current CPR and emergency response certification
Experience working in rural or regional health services is advantageous
