Job Description
Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Support Needs Assessor to join a Federal Government client on a full-time contract in Queensland.
You will deliver person-centred assessments, identifying and articulating participants' needs with explicit, evidence-based conclusions.
You will gather and analyse information, prepare reports, and communicate outcomes both virtually and face-to-face.
Strong communication, assessment experience, and NDIS knowledge are essential.
