Requirements Current AHPRA registration, aged care experience preferred, strong communication skills
What you'll do:
Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents
Develop and implement personalised care plans
Support and mentor care staff to ensure best practice
Monitor and manage medication administration and health outcomes
Communicate with families, doctors,
and allied health professionals
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative team setting
What you'll bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
A genuine passion for aged care and person-centred practice
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with families
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
