Job Description
JBS Australia is seeking an experienced Harvest Manager to join the Night Shift leadership team at one of Australia's largest beef processing facilities.
You will lead the Harvest (Kill Floor) operation, ensuring safety, quality, animal welfare and production targets while developing frontline leaders.
Reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager, you will manage a large operational workforce, drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs and collaborate with Livestock, Maintenance, QA and Planning to
