We're partnering with a well-established project home builder who is looking for a Colour Consultant to join their growing team.
This is a client-facing role where you'll guide home buyers through their colour and design selections, ensuring a seamless, inspiring, and professional experience from start to finish.
About The Role
Conducting exterior and interior selection appointments with clients
Advising on finishes, fixtures, materials, and colour palettes
Ensuring selections meet design standards, budgets, and build requirements
Managing electrical plans and advising on this
Preparing accurate documentation for construction and internal teams
Liaising with sales, drafting, and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Staying up to date with design trends and product ranges
About You
Experience as a Colour Consultant, Interior Designer, or similar role (project home building or residential experience highly regarded)




Strong customer service and communication skills
A good eye for colour, finishes, and spatial design
Confidence working with clients in a consultative environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple appointments
Proficiency with selection systems or design software (desirable)
