Mercy Health in Melbourne is seeking a Seniors Living Administration Coordinator to support the administrative operations of our Seniors Living portfolio, coordinating customer enquiries, contracts, documentation and onboarding to ensure a seamless move-in.
You will liaise with Village Managers, Finance, Legal and external stakeholders, maintain CRM records, monitor milestones and generate reports to drive timely settlements and positive resident experiences.
