Job Description
Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking a Building Site Compliance Officer to safeguard community safety, amenity and wellbeing by monitoring and enforcing compliance across building sites, subdivisions and public land within the Planning, Building and Health Services team.
The role involves inspections, breach investigations, issuing warnings and enforcement, plus providing guidance to builders and the community.
Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required.
