You'll work alongside the owners and take a senior role across the workshop, production and install. This is a genuine senior position with authority and responsibility, involving a mix of management, workshop and site work rather than full-time tool work.
Key responsibilities
Running and coordinating workshop production
Leading cabinet makers and apprentices
Checking plans and jobs before production
Attending sites and carrying out check measures
Troubleshooting complex jobs that need an experienced eye
Keeping jobs moving and communicating with the team
Helping train and develop younger tradespeople
Jumping on the tools when needed
About you
Solid industry experience and excellent practical knowledge
Knows custom cabinetry and kitchens inside out
Can read and check plans confidently
Has strong install experience
Can lead and support a team
Organised and thinks ahead
Has high standards and takes pride in the finished product
Can communicate professionally with clients, trades and staff
