Starline Powder Coating is an established powder coating business based in Molendinar. We are currently seeking a dedicated person to join our team in the following role:

Factory Labourer

Operating a well-equipped and efficiently organised factory, we are committed to producing consistent, high-quality work, and we pride ourselves on the standards we maintain.

The successful applicant will receive full training across all areas of our process — preparation, dipping, packing, and quality control — with the prospect to build valuable, long-term skills.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a genuine work ethic.

What we are after:
Reliable and punctual — you turn up on time, ready to work
Comfortable with hands-on, physical factory work




Positive attention to detail — solid prep is what makes the finish look right
Able to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team
Keen to learn - experience as a labourer in a factory/trade is a bonus, but not essential; we'll train the right person

Tasks & responsibilities
Prepping aluminium and steel for powder coating
Unpacking materials, dipping (crane-operated), hanging parts, and packing finished work
Loading and unloading from production equipment
General factory cleaning and keeping your area tidy and safe
Following safety procedures and working with the team to hit daily targets
