We're looking for an energetic, friendly and confident Dessert Host to join our team at San Churro Surfers Paradise. You'll be the face of our store, welcoming customers, introducing them to the San Churro experience, and helping create a fun atmosphere during our busiest evenings.
This role is ideal for a junior team member, high school or university student looking for casual weekend work and wanting to build confidence in customer service, sales and communication.
What you'll do
Welcome and engage with people walking past our store.
Introduce customers to the San Churro brand, menu and current promotions.
Hand out promotional vouchers and answer basic questions about our products.
Encourage customers to visit the store and enjoy the San Churro experience.
Create a fun, positive and energetic atmosphere.
Work closely with the store team to help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About you
Friendly, confident and outgoing.
Comfortable approaching and talking to recent people.
Well presented, reliable and enthusiastic.
Strong communication skills.
Customer service, hospitality or promotional experience is a bonus, but not essential, we'll provide training.
There is potential for additional shifts based on your performance and business needs.
