About the role

Working within a busy diagnostic imaging service, you will perform high-quality examinations while ensuring patients receive professional, compassionate care throughout their appointment. This is a permanent full time position with an established private medical imaging provider in Ballina, NSW, offering access to up-to-date imaging technology, experienced radiologists and genuine opportunities for career development.

Key responsibilities
Performing CT and general X-ray examinations
Providing consistently high-quality diagnostic images
Working with radiologists and the wider medical imaging team
Applying safe and effective imaging practices
Supporting a positive patient experience from arrival through to completion
Maintaining high standards of clinical practice, radiation safety and workplace health and safety
Participating in ongoing education and professional development

About you
At least 1 year of CT experience
Relevant university qualifications in Medical Imaging / Medical Radiation Science
Current AHPRA registration
Current NSW Radiation Licence
A sound understanding of WHS, radiation safety and clinical protocols
Robust communication,



teamwork and organisational skills
A strong background in patient care and customer service
Mammography experience highly desirable
Experience with Siemens CT equipment desirable
IV cannulation experience desirable
