Proven guardrail installation experience — essential
HR licence — essential
HC or MC licence — highly desirable
Experience operating guardrail installation machinery
Skid Steer Loader Ticket - highly desirable
Excavator Ticket - highly desirable
Solid leadership skills and a hands-on attitude
Mine-site, regional and remote experience — highly desirable
