Production Assistants

Are you looking for meaningful work with a company that cares about health, sustainability, and people?

We're looking for motivated and reliable Production Assistants to join our Manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll help produce and package natural healthcare products that support the wellbeing of our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting a range of manufacturing and packaging activities
Operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment
Completing tasks such as blending, tabletting, encapsulation, coating and packing products
Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Maintaining accurate records using digital systems and batch documentation
Cleaning and preparing equipment and work areas for production
Ensuring production areas meet cleanliness and safety requirements
Contributing ideas through our LEAN continuous improvement program
Following all safety, quality and GMP procedures

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to have it all, but we'd love to hear from you if you:
Have experience in manufacturing, food production,



packaging or a similar setting
Are comfortable using digital systems and technology
Have strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
Enjoy working as part of a team
Are reliable, organised and willing to learn
Take pride in your work and maintaining high standards
