Customer Service Representatives – Clayton

At Southern Star Windows & Doors, we’re building a stronger Customer Service team—and we’re looking for switched-on people who want to grow with us.

This isn’t a scripted call-centre role. You’ll solve real problems, help customers keep their projects moving and learn how an established Australian manufacturing business operates.

The Role

Based onsite at Clayton, you’ll work with customers, production and internal teams to:
Respond to enquiries by phone and email
Provide product, order and delivery information
Process order updates and changes
Investigate and resolve issues
Keep customers informed
Maintain accurate records

It’s a busy environment where explicit communication, good judgement and a solutions-focused approach make a real difference.

What You’ll Bring

You don’t need years of industry experience, but you will need to be:
A clear and confident communicator
Organised,



reliable and comfortable learning current systems
Calm and solutions-focused when things get busy
Someone who takes ownership and follows things through
A positive team member who genuinely wants to learn

Customer service experience is helpful, while experience in construction or building products would be a bonus.
