Support Worker – Male | North Lakes/North Brisbane

Our team is growing, and we're after a male Support Worker to join us across North Lakes, North Brisbane, and surrounding suburbs, supporting a range of participants with their daily living needs.

This role suits someone who takes initiative and thinks on their feet. Participants' needs vary day to day, and we're after someone who can adapt with grit and confidence.

You'll need to bring:
Minimum 3 days availability per week
Sharp problem-solving skills and the initiative to find ways to engage participants, even when things are slow
An open-minded, adaptable approach, including a willingness to travel for the role
Thick skin and resilience on the tougher days
A team-oriented mindset, working openly with both management and participants
Genuine care, this is more than a job you clock in and out of
Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
Current Blue Card / NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)




First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
