XS Espresso Northmead is looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Cafe All-Rounder to join our team.

We’re after someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment, provides outstanding customer service and is happy to help across all areas of the venue.

Duties will include:
Taking customer orders and operating the POS
Serving food and drinks
Running food and clearing tables
Basic food preparation
Preparing coffees and drinks where required
Keeping the café clean, organised and presentable
Supporting the team during busy service periods

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous café or hospitality experience
Is friendly, confident and customer-focused
Works well under pressure
Is reliable,



punctual and a strong team player
Has valuable communication skills
Has versatile availability, including weekends
Barista experience is highly regarded
