About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team located in Doonside. This role involves providing in-home and community-based support to NDIS participant, assisting them with daily living activities, personal care, transport, and social engagement.

Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals
Facilitate community access and social participation
Assist with household tasks and meal preparation
Maintain accurate shift notes and incident reports as required
Build positive and respectful relationships with participants and their families





Requirements:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current Police Check
Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Experience in disability support or community care is desirable
