Manager – Hospitality (Hands-On Role)

Hospitality comes first. No exceptions.

We’re looking for a solid, hands-on Manager who leads from the front. This is not a desk role—you’ll be on the floor, setting the standard, supporting your team and making sure every customer leaves with a excellent experience.

Fast-paced venue. No two days the same.

The Role
Run day-to-day operations
Lead, coach and develop the team
Solve problems on the spot
Deliver consistent, high-level customer service
Keep standards high across the entire venue

You Are
Experienced in hospitality (non-negotiable)
A natural leader who leads by example
Calm under pressure and quick to act
Someone who goes the extra mile—every time
Hands-on, energetic and team-focused

Must Have
Proven leadership experience
Ability to work weekends

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
