Kidman Way Citrus Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver / Production & Logistics Operator to join our citrus packing and logistics operations in Griffith, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
-• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, fruit bins, pallets and packaging materials.
• Move and organize stock within cool rooms and storage areas.
• Monitor and assist with grader line operations.
• Maintain accurate fruit identification and traceability records.
• Conduct forklift pre-start checks and report maintenance issues.
• Complete daily cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Follow workplace health, safety, quality and food safety procedures.

Essential Requirements:
• Current LF Forklift License.
• Demonstrated forklift operating experience.
• Ability to work in a production, warehouse,



agricultural or food-processing setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Solid attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
• Commitment to workplace safety and secure manual handling practices.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.

Desirable Traits:
• Experience in fruit packing, cool room operations or agricultural production.
• Understanding of product traceability systems and inventory movements.

Salary range is $75,000-$95,000pa commensurate with experience.

Fulltime Position available.
