Procurement & Contracts Specialist

A leading organisation supporting complex, high-profile programmes is seeking an experienced Procurement & Contracts Specialist to join its team in Western Australia.

This role will focus on supplier and contract management, ensuring commercial compliance, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and supporting procurement activities across a diverse portfolio of work. The organisation offers a highly adaptable working environment, including the ability to work from home, provided candidates are based in Western Australia.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing supplier relationships and performance
Supporting procurement and sourcing activities
Administering contracts and ensuring contractual compliance
Monitoring supplier obligations and deliverables
Identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks
Providing advice and support to internal stakeholders





The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience in procurement, contract management, or commercial roles
Robust supplier management and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of procurement processes and contract compliance
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A minimum Baseline Security Clearance (essential)
The right to work in Australia and be based in Western Australia
