Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Practitioner role based at Chapman Family Medical Centre in Canberra. The General Practitioner will provide holistic primary care.

Qualifications
Fracgp or equivalent
Robust clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of conditions across the lifespan.




Experience or training in Family Medicine and community-based care, with a focus on preventive health and chronic disease management.
Understanding of Nursing and allied health roles to support team-oriented, team-based patient care.
Commitment to ongoing Training, professional development, and adherence to current clinical guidelines.
Medical degree and relevant specialist qualifications in General Practice or Family Medicine.
Current medical registration and eligibility to practice in Australia, including appropriate qualified indemnity coverage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful, inclusive approach to patients and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively in a busy clinical setting, demonstrating sound clinical judgment, organization, and reliability.
