About the role

Join our team at Rodenstock Australia as a full-time Customer Service Representative based in our Silverwater, NSW office. In this key client-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing
Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
Process customer orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
Provide product information and recommendations to customers
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the retail or wholesale industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers




Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM and order management tools
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
