About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Castle Hill Toyota. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. In this full-time role, you will be based at our Castle Hill, NSW location.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming customers and visitors in a friendly and skilled manner
Handling incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries, and directing them to the appropriate team members
Maintaining and organising the reception area to ensure it is presentable and well-stocked
Performing general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying and data entry




Providing administrative support to the broader team as required
Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy and welcoming at all times

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service-focused role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage competing tasks
Proficient in the use of standard office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office
A positive, versatile and team-oriented attitude
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
