About the Position: We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator with Civil and Construction experience preferably in Tier 1 Infrastructure projects for a short term support role on the Iconic Snowy 2.0 project. This will be a fully remote based role from the Eastern States of Australia or New Zealand. This is a Monday to Friday role, 8hrs a day working with and reporting directly to the Commercial Team.

This will be a 3 to 6 month contract with possible extensions.

You will be working closely with Contracts, Engineering, Project Controls, Finance and Site teams, you will be responsible for identifying, quantifying and substantiating contractual entitlements, variations and claims, while supporting project cost management, valuations and commercial reporting activities.

You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a quick-paced project environment and solving complex commercial challenges.

To be successful, you will ideally have:
Experience in Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Commercial Management or a related discipline. Engineering background,



Graduate Engineer in Civil or Structural Engineering or related skillset.
Exposure to infrastructure, construction, engineering, energy or resources projects.
Experience with claims, variations, progress payments and cost management.
Robust analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to delivering outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial management systems.
Advanced Excel skills and highly proficient at Pivot Tables and data analysis.
Preferably used E7 but not a deal breaker.
You will be based on the Eastern States of Australia or Recent Zealand.
Strong ability in Contract Interpretation.
